1. How can I order ?

Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.

2. What payment method we accept ?

3. How fast is your delivery to the U.S.?

hallocos uses a Mail 24 service to ensure all U.S. deliveries are delivered on time!

4. Can I return my product ?

Of course! we have a 30 days of exchange offer with a valid reason.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Please email support@hallocos.com for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number.

If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.

6. Should I pay for return my product ?

No, We don’t charge you restocking fee.
